12 Ways to Improve Your Relationships and Your Life

Got this from my church's e-bulletin... Let's try to practice these...

  1. Choose to be happy rather than right in your relationships. This will prevent a lot of arguing!
  2. Repeat in your mind: "It doesn't matter" when you can't stop arguing (yeah.. if only I know it earlier... )
  3. Pay it forward. For every kind deed offered to you, do a kind deed for someone else. (yeah. try to bottom up the blessings so the Lord will be able to pour more in continously... Amen huhu)
  4. Write thank-you notes frequently (true but.. will ppl get frustrated with all the small small papers I stuff into their begs???). The energy of gratitude feeds happiness.
  5. Smile -- even if you don't feel like it. You eventually will! (YES, that's right...)
  6. When you think a complimentary thought about someone -- tell them ( I normally do.. some times scare to call on the wrong timing).
  7. Refrain from making judgments -- think something positive instead.
  8. Ask your angels to flow the energy of happiness to your loved ones (Angles will be so bz then... flying north.. south... east.. west... I got so many loved ones that needed the Lord and blessings ).
  9. Hug someone (who should I go???????) -- tightly.
  10. Ask your children (Thank God I don have any at the moment, in the future I definitely will eheh) to tuck you in bed and read you a story for a change.
  11. Give some service to someone who is more needy than you (hmm.. anyone want some lectures from Eva???) .
  12. Pray with your spouse (ok.. obviously I don have any at the moment...future one would be) and also with your family once a day (sadly they are not believers... sigh).

Last paper

My last paper, advertising will be held on Thu 19th April 2007 for 2007 Jan Session.

I should be paying my full attention and effort in accomplishing the exam
and semester. However, Im fully in the mood to take up my notes
again. The impact of B2B paper has very much affected me with the hung
over~

Gosh... I better.... go study now! No matter what, how, and etc!

... Walk away just walk away.....

B2B paper is over...

Well, the paper is over, I hope I am not 'over' too.

Memorised everything, BUT, the one that I can use is so minimised. Lecturer said paper is NOT tough, when all of us look at the question paper, our face turn purple, red, pink, blue, green, and black. Ok, it's NOT easy, NO!!!

I hope and pray hard that I did not flung the paper. When I see the lecturer outside the hall...

Eva: Miss, the paper super tough wei...
Miss: Where got? It's easy what...
Eva: The area you mentioned did not really cover...
Miss: Got what... got outsourcing....
Eva: But the area that I memorised.. didn get to... write in anywhere...
Miss: Don worry... I see you write a lot what..
Eva: Yeah, write alot does not promise anything. Yeah I was bullshitting actually... do not know what to write. You said the questions are very direct and straightforward.. but...
Miss: Don worry lar... you write a lot... sure ok one...
Eva: -_-"

Yeah.. I pray and hope so...

My right hand almost dropped off after writting so much of dono-what-to-call data inside. I've done all my duty to write as much as I can.. the left over duty is for the lecturer to choose what can be used and what can't be used... sigh...

Lord, I better 'throw' this to You and let You handle it...

Im OFF

Finished studying?????

Ok, I've finished memorised what I have to...

Hmm... feeling so.. weird as I've nv finished my study so many hours before exam. Scare that I might mixed up all the information that I've chewed and swallowed in my stomach. All the best to my fellow classmates who will be sitting the exam with me tml. All the best and May the Lord be with us when we read the Qs, understanding it fully and correctly (so not happily answering wrong answer), and able to write fast enough to finish the paper on time or earlier.

Yeah, I can sleep early tonight but y am I feeling so lost? Will go college earlier tml to re-write and memorise all the points again... Thank God for the fast memory He has given to me, this is the first time ever I did not suffer and cry in exam preparation. Cool wei! The Lord is almighty!

About the Escape I will do it later... Once both my papers are overed.

Escape...

Tell me, where can I go... to hide myself?

Tell me, what can I do, to not think about the world...

Tell me, can I one day.. rest my thoughts and... think nothing, worry nothing...

I need that escape!

Exam...

Exam is so near...

Im memorising... eating the key words... chewing.. digesting it...

NOW im having indigestion..

Yiak!

My answer to Mr. Eric Teng

Eric has wrote this post earlier in his blog...

____________________________________________________________________

Howdie people,

Today we are going to talk about work ethics. Well, to generalised and to group them all up, Malaysians do not have proper work ethics. In a rude way to describe this eg: "Leave shit for other people to clean it up for you" or "Good things I own up, bad things-sorry la, go FLY kite"

Well sad to say this is what we are going through in the working world. Some even might say "Aiyah, working is like that one lar~~~" or some would say "Its a dog eat dog world out there" and the infamous "The fittest survive"- So judging from the last phrase, we are some animal whose instinct tells us to fight for survival? I am confused. ???

Well just a point to ponder-we human or no??

At my second time of reading it...

Here comes my answer, u must click in order to see what I've written...

Left Shoulder aching 2...

Hmm... I was stupid!

The most effective way to cure the pain?
  1. Place my hand and pray over it. Ask God to remove the pain so that I can concentrate on my study lor...
  2. Apply lar Yoko-Yoko, doink!!!!!

Ok, I've done the above instructions and applied Yoko-Yoko more than 2 times before I slept last night. This morning wake up... Hmm the pain left with like 20%.. Hihi Praise God for healing me with the Yoko-Yoko!!!! Also thank God I did not have to pay for the Therapy...

Just sent out my cover letter and resume over to Ms. Naomi, to send it over to Digi Telecommunication. ^^ I'm a little worried in filling my contact with 012-3838xxx. Will they throw my resume straight to the rubbish bin? Or smarter way, recruit me immediately so they will conquer another Maxis user to theirs.. ahhahah

Keep me in Prayer.. Thanks and be blessed!!

Ok mission next is to fill up my stomach with some nice instant noodle and back to my study!

Left Shoulder aching...

For no reason, Im having this back ache since morning, which caused me having problem in breathing. WHY? because whenever I breath deeper the muscle or whatever will ache... it's super painful like needle is poking my heart (yeah it links from the back to dono where.. somewhere near the heart I believe...) Went to the same Therapy I mention before with mummy and Shellies. The decision was made around 8.50pm when I was complaining about the back pain to her. As she has promised mummy before to bring her along the next round we visit, so three of us rushing for making appointment and out for the massage.

Reached there around 9.20pm (suppose to reach by 9pm, the lady said, but Halo, that can't happen as my house is not next to Taipan). So, we are only allowed to take the one hour package cos they needs to close shop at 11pm. Ok I shall not explain in detail about the massage part and taking clothes off part...

Anyway... this time I notice this place's massage is far too MILD to me, I need something that's stronger. As in, I will at least feel bone-breaking during the massage and bone-loosing after the massage la. That's why I pay for it right? This one is a little bit, like soothing my skin instead of loosening my muscle. Well, yeah I got muscle although it's loosen after few months of not exercising and dancing. I don't care at this moment, the focus is to study until I graduate... of course I need some 'extra relaxing moment' (shopping..) for myself other than study. So, I shall try Thai massage next round instead of this.. more of like skin-caring massage. Well, where to find will be a good question for me. If you know any, pls do inform me I would love to try.

Darn.. still aching since morning till now. Kinda... sorry to use the word PISSED! Imagine you need to breath harder to feel better but you cant!!! Well if I press correctly on the aching part I would be able to take a deep breath cos it would hurt that much.. but still pain...

Keep me in prayer... sigh~ The massage did not help at all. Thank God I need not have to pay for it, thanks to my very DEAR sister-in-law Shellies who give me a treat this time hihi (she sign the package and got 1 time free.. that's what I'd used...hihi) Good enough!!! Im happy, but pls.. I wanna take my breath...

oh yeah, it hurts when I move any part of my body that stretch that very Particular piece of muscle too.... %^&&**

36 CHRISTIAN WAYS TO REDUCE STRESS

An Angel says, "Never borrow from the future. If you worry about what may happens tomorrow and it doesn't happen, you have worried in vain. Even if it does happen, you have to worry twice."

  1. Pray
  2. Go to bed on time.
  3. Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed.
  4. Say No to projects that won't fit into your time schedule, or that will compromise your mental health.
  5. Delegate tasks to capable others.
  6. Simplify and unclutter your life.
  7. Less is more. (Although one is often not enough, two are often too many.)
  8. Allow extra time to do things and to get to places.
  9. Pace yourself. Spread out big changes and difficult projects over time; don't lump the hard things all together.
  10. Take one day at a time.
  11. Separate worries from concerns. If a situation is a concern, find out what God would have you do and let go of the anxiety. If you can't do anything about a situation, forget it.
  12. Live within your budget; don't use credit cards for ordinary purchases.
  13. Have backups; an extra car key in your wallet, an extra house key buried in the garden, extra stamps, etc.
  14. K.M.S. (Keep Mouth Shut). This single piece of advice can prevent an enormous amount of trouble.
  15. Do something for the Kid in You everyday.
  16. Carry a Bible with you to read while waiting in line.
  17. Get enough rest.
  18. Eat right.
  19. Get organized so everything has its place.
  20. Listen to a tape while driving that can help improve your quality of life.
  21. Write down thoughts and inspirations.
  22. Every day, find time to be alone.
  23. Having problems? Talk to God on the spot. Try to nip small problems in the bud. Don't wait until it's time to go to bed to try and pray.
  24. Make friends with Godly people.
  25. Keep a folder of favorite scriptures on hand.
  26. Remember that the shortest bridge between despair and hope is often a good "Thank you Jesus."
  27. Laugh.
  28. Laugh some more!
  29. Take your work seriously, but not yourself at all.
  30. Develop a forgiving attitude (most people are doing the best they can).
  31. Be kind to unkind people (they probably need it the most.
  32. Sit on your ego.
  33. Talk less; listen more.
  34. Slow down.
  35. Remind yourself that you are not the general manager of the universe
  36. Every night before bed, think of one thing you're grateful for that you've never been grateful for before. GOD HAS A WAY OF TURNING THINGS AROUND FOR YOU. "If God is for us, who can be against us?" (Romans 8:31)
